We’re developing an ACCU Scheme method for
wetland repair through ungulate (hooved animal) management

We’ve now submitted a draft document package to the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee Secretariat) for review. Please see our updated timeline below.

The document package opens with a discussion paper which details our method development activities to-date, presents our reply to the recent round of public consultation conducted via this website, and introduces the enclosed draft method documents:

We will update the draft documents once we receive feedback from DCCEEW (ERAC Secretariat), and we expect that there will be at least one further round of public consultation in 2026.

Please contact us if you have any further questions. Thank you for your interest in the method.
